Chiropractic Adjustment
A chiropractic adjustment (otherwise known as correction or manipulation) is a highly specific force applied by a chiropractic doctor to the spine or other joints of the body in order to restore balance and motion within the joint.
Due to the close relation of the spine to nerves, this has the effect of relieving nerve pressure to allow proper communication between the brain and the rest of body.
There are thousands of ways to adjust the spine, varying from low to higher force techniques in order to cater for all ranges of patients and ages.
