Front Desk (Receptionist) - Full Time
We are looking for a friendly, out-going yet hardworking and capable individual to work our front desk. Your main duties would be:
- Greeting patients
- Assisting doctors with patient flow
- Answering calls and dealing with walk-in inquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Taking payments and dispatching invoices
- Getting familiar with a simple clinic management software
- Maintaining overall cleanliness of the clinic (reception, exercise area, consultation rooms, washroom)
- Assisting with Chinese translation when required.
It is a massive plus if you have already worked in chiropractic clinic before but not a must, main thing is that you are capable of learning and interested in the well-being of our practice members.
Please only apply if you can speak fluent Mandarin and also a Singaporean/PR as we unfortunately do not have the quota to hire foreigners.
